STRENGTH: Utilize bodyweight resistance, versatile equipment & conditioning drills.

MULTI-DIRECTIONAL MOVEMENTS: Total body recruitment, energy efficiency

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Timed intervals, Work/Rest Ratio’s, Supersets.

EVERY DAY ACCESS/CONVENIENCE: Little or no equipment needed
