Pull-up Burpee

EXERCISE OF THE MONTH!

Throw yourself a challenge and add the Pull-up Burpee into your workout routine. Don’t let your workouts get stale or continue to use the same exercises month after month. Adding challenges even if they are modified is a good way to progress in your fitness level. If you can’t do a pull up then do your best and hang for a couple seconds before dropping. You can even modify the push up if needed.
